The Placement Cell at the Arni University supports students in making the right career choices and enables employers in taking the right hiring decisions during recruitment. At Arni University, the working acumen acquired stems from a blend of diverse professional experiences and varied educational backgrounds. Enabling the students with opportunities and knowledge in order to reach the pinnacle of leadership and success is the true hallmark of Arni University.
Pedagogy at Arni University ensures that students get holistic learning experience as they prepare to take on the challenges of the competitive corporate world. We provide exposure to the students through interface with the experts from diverse industries in order to remain updated with current trends and events.
The Arni University has a very active and vibrant placement cell; we believe that placement is not a mere event but a continuous process of understanding and evaluating the students and preparing them for the industry and its operational requirements. The Institute has well equipped conference hall for in house training, MDPs, Workshops and seminars. The cell is also well equipped with personality development and communication development lab for all round development of the students. The University not only organizes summer internship, but it also invites career counselors and corporate professionals to guide the students plan their career. On a regular basis the cell organizes ‘Industrial Tours’ in different industries of the country and from the coming session we are planning for abroad also intended to provide global exposure to the students for meeting the real challenges of the corporate world, henceforth guiding them for their final placements through campus selection.
For our Arni School of Business Management, we are going to comply with the Indian Placement Reporting Standards (IPRS) to bring in uniformity in the manner in which B-schools report information related to campus placements. IPRS is an effort towards standardizing B-school placement reports. This would enable a fair comparison between B-schools on multiple parameters including compensation.
We shall continue to be a University with a difference by developing competent, committed and compassionate leaders through management education, technology-enabled learning, knowledge generation and dissemination, capacity building, and organizational development.
The Batch of 2013 is a pool of students from varied backgrounds with superior skills & knowledge base. This not only provides for an environment conducive to healthy exchange of ideas but also ensures a rich classroom experience.
